Porcupine Quill Basket Eagle sitting on a branch design 2″ x 2″ Porcupine Quill Baskets are made with birch bark and sweetgrass, using a centuries-old tradition that was used for decorating clothing. Today only a handful of quill workers carry o the tradition.
